Rainbow’s End

Have you very gone to Rainbow’s End?  I love going there. Boom! we hopped into the car and ZOOMED off.We put on the music and  drove until we got hungry. So we stopped at a cafe and we got some yummy food.

“Yay!! We are at Rainbow’s End!” I yelled. “I am so excited!” The first ride I went on was a gold rush. I loved that ride better than anything in the world. Then I went on to the swinging ship. All of the rides were so cool. I was a fast cheetah as  we ran from one ride to another. I was like an excited monkey going on all of the rides.

Whoosh! We arrived at our last ride, the log flume. It was wet as a swamp.

Then, it was time to leave. “I am a sad puppy,” I said. “Goodbye Rainbow’s End.”

Here is my writing using similes and metaphors.

“Yay!!” We were finally going on holiday .We all hopped in the car.The car was as loud as a mooing cow. ”Yay!”I screamed as we got on the plane. “The plane is warm like a blankie”.

We got to Australia and it was hot like a pie.We got the car and went off to the place that we were staying at.

At the end of the holiday  we went back to the airport. I said, “ I am a sad puppy.”

We got home and I rushed like a cheetah to my mum.

She said that  she was waiting for me to get home. I was happy. I gave her a present from Australia and I gave my dad one too. It was a nice day.
