Tropical beach

Kia Ora everyone
This is a writing that my whole class did of how five senses here is the five senses that we had to use smell,sight,hearing,touch and taste I hope you like it.

                                         Tropical beach

The cold breeze whispering in my ear as I walk past the beautiful blue water.

My friends and I can see the palm trees waving.

I taste the salty water rising into my mouth as I say yuck.

I'm feeling the golden sand as I lay gently above it.

We smelt the salted scent of the water wafting around

my nose.

Science Fair

Kia Ora

This term Ohaeawai school are doing experiments. The year 5&6 are doing up up and away so we  have to do an experiment on up up and away. My group is doing elephant toothpaste. Here is the people in my group Hollie, Jessica, Mia and Lani. We need cups, hydrogen peroxide, table spoon of dry yeast, food colouring and dish washing liquid. It is hot so don't touch it because it has hot water in it but if you leave the water for too long it will not work. We hope it works tomorrow when we show it at the Science Fair.
